Event Rules & Policy

To ensure a safe and memorable night for all guests, the following rules will be strictly enforced at the OGR venue:

1. Valid ID Required All guests (both students and non-students) must present an official and valid photo identification (e.g., Passport, ID Card, Driver’s License) upon entry.

2. SAA Student Ticket Policy (Important) The “SAA Insider” tickets (both Early Bird €12 and Standard €15) are sold exclusively for current students of SAA School of Management. A valid SAA Student ID must be presented at the entrance along with this ticket.

3. Ticket Mismatch Policy If a guest presents an “SAA Insider” ticket but cannot provide a valid SAA Student ID, the ticket will be considered void. Entry will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

4. Responsible Conduct (Venue & Legal Policy) In accordance with venue policy and Italian law, entry will be strictly refused to any individual who arrives in a state of intoxication or displays disruptive behavior.

Welcome to the SAA Xmas Party event page, hosted by Associazione Studenti SAA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Student ID Number (if purchasing a student-rate ticket)

  • Data we collect automatically: When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical data, including:

    • Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and information about how you interact with our site (e.g., pages visited, time spent, clicks).

 

3. How and Why We Use Your Data (Lawful Basis)

 

We only use your data when we have a legal basis to do so under GDPR:

  • To Fulfill a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): We use your Name, Email, and Student ID to process your ticket purchase.

    • Purpose: To manage your registration, send you your ticket, provide customer support, and communicate important event updates.

    • Purpose (Student ID): To verify your eligibility for the student-priced ticket at the event entrance.

  • Based on Your Explicit Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR):

    • Marketing: If you actively opt-in (e.g., by checking a box), we will use your Email Address to send you newsletters and marketing communications about our own future events and activities. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email.

    • Analytics & Advertising: We use certain cookies and tracking tools (see Cookie Policy) based on your consent, which you provide via our cookie banner.

  • Based on Our Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR):

    • Website Improvement: We analyze aggregated, anonymized user behavior data to understand how our website is used, to improve its functionality, and to ensure its security.

 

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

 

We do not, and will not, sell your personal data to any third parties.

  • Event Venue: We may share a guest list (Name) with the event venue (OGR Torino) for security and check-in purposes.
